In those moments of crisis, between flights that weren't equipped for a patient, hotels that couldn't accommodate medical needs, and hospitals that had no communication with each other, the vision for MedSurgGo.com was born.
Our founder spent the next two years researching medical transport systems across thirty countries, studying private aviation medical protocols, meeting with hospital administrators, and interviewing thousands of patients and families who had experienced similar challenges.
The conclusion was clear: the world had extraordinary medical facilities and remarkable transport capabilities — but nothing that bridged the gap between them with the care, precision, and dignity that patients deserved.

Olivia Roach is a U.S. Navy veteran, healthcare operations professional, and transportation logistics expert who founded MedSurgGo out of a deeply personal commitment to serving others. As a Hospital Corpsman and Aviation Medicine Specialist, Olivia developed an acute understanding of patient needs, operational precision, and the critical importance of reliable coordination under pressure.
Her academic journey spans computer information systems security, business intelligence, and legal studies — culminating at Pepperdine University. This multidisciplinary foundation allows her to bridge technology, law, healthcare, and logistics in a way that few in the industry can.
As a long-term family caregiver, Olivia has walked the path her clients walk — and that lived experience shapes every policy, partnership, and driver standard at MedSurgGo. She is also a recognized AI ethics pioneer, having engaged with artificial intelligence tools and responsible deployment since 2001.
Olivia leads MedSurgGo with a service-first philosophy: administer and maintain secured transport contracts, coordinate and orchestrate every ride, and ensure that drivers deliver the white-glove experience every client deserves.
